Temple Exit Door Location

The designated doors for wedding couples to exit the temple through and have their little celebration is the south doors.
After the sealing, your guests will exit through the front/north doors and walk around to the back and wait for the couple's big exit.
Pros:
- Shaded exit
- Stair case right next to it for family photos
- Small shaded areas at bottom of stairs for family members to wait under
Cons:
- Potentially loud, right next to main road

Flowers
I called the temple front desk on October 6, 2026 and this is what they told me about wedding flower procedure:
When the couple enters the temple, they will give their bouquet and boutonniere to a temple worker, who will then place the flowers in a window seal by the south doors. The windows have stained glass, so the flowers won't be in direct sunlight
The couple can grab them after their sealing as they head towards the door for their exit. If there are multiple sealings happening at once, the temple worker will put a name card on the flowers so each couple knows which one is theirs.
The corsage's and boutonniere's for the wedding party and/or family members are NOT allowed inside the temple.
Best Tips:
- Leave the flowers for wedding party in a car (preferably the car of the best man or maid of honor) to grab after the sealing.
- Put wedding party flowers in a cooler of ice. Place a towel down in between the ice and flowers to prevent freezing!
- Highly recommend also filling the cooler with plastic water bottles for your guests to have after group pictures :)
